Jesus Christ calls each of us to be baptized (Matt. 28:19). Baptism is part of our Christian journey, and an expression of our faith in Jesus.
The Sacrament of Baptism is a ritual of water signifying entrance into the household of faith, a symbol of repentance and inner cleansing from sin, and a representation of our new birth in Jesus Christ. Baptism is an outward and visible sign of the inward spiritual grace through which we become heirs of the promise of life eternal. Those who receive the Sacrament of Baptism are initiated into the fellowship of Christ’s Holy Church.
If you have never been baptized, are considering being baptized, or are interested in having a child baptized, please contact the church office at (330) 343-1322,
